At BabyTrack+: Mom’s Smart Helper ("we", "our", or "us"), your privacy is our top priority. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our mobile app BabyTrack+ (the “App”).

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

A. Personal Information

  • Name and email address (only if you create an account or contact support).

  • Baby-related data such as name, gender, date of birth, and activity logs (feeding, sleep, diaper, growth, etc.).

B. Payment & Subscription Data

  • Data about In-App Purchases and Subscriptions is handled securely by Google Play and Apple App Store.

  • We do not collect or store credit card or payment details.

C. Device & App Usage Data

  • Device model, OS version, language, time zone.

  • App interactions, feature usage, session duration, and crash reports (via Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics).

D. Advertising Data

  • We use Google AdMob to serve ads.

  • AdMob may collect your device identifier, IP address, app activity, and approximate location (if permission is granted) to show personalized or non-personalized ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

  • Provide and personalize baby tracking features.

  • Enable premium features via subscriptions and IAP.

  • Improve app performance and functionality.

  • Serve ads through Google AdMob.

  • Respond to support inquiries and provide updates.

3. Advertising & Analytics

We use Google AdMob and Firebase for advertising and analytics:

  • AdMob uses cookies and device identifiers to display ads.

  • You can opt out of personalized ads:

    • Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization

    • iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking

We keep your information as long as necessary to:

  • Deliver and improve app services

  • Comply with legal obligations

  • Provide access to your premium purchases or subscriptions

You may request data deletion at any time (see Section 9).

6. Children’s Privacy

This app is designed for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have unintentionally collected data from a child, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via the App or App Store updates.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
